Biodynamic Agriculture

Biodynamic agriculture

The excessive exploitation of our planet Earth has brought contaminations that require not only a biological cure (a root of biodynamics), but also a homeopathic treatment (so-called biodynamic preparations). We want agriculture that works together with the influences of the cosmos.

Biodynamics aims to create a farm as an individual and multiple organism, with its soils, plants, animals, farmers and consumers, based on a holistic vision, which contemplates our interdependence with the dynamics of all of nature and the cosmos.

The question is not just how to cultivate to obtain maximum yield, but to do so in a way that is both healthy and healing for nature and for humans. Biodynamics wants to contribute to the creation and formation of a balanced landscape, also in terms of fire prevention.

Sociotherapy and Biodynamic Agriculture

Biodynamic Agriculture and Sociotherapy have formed “a happy marriage” since their inception, almost 100 years ago (1924). This is for several reasons. Firstly, working with nature, plants, land, animals, has enormous therapeutic potential. Caring, cultivating, being part of the rhythms of nature, harmony, watching the “miracle of life”, all of this is healthy and therapeutic for anyone. Working in nature, among the elements, also requires will, persistence, patience, fine and gross motor skills, teamwork – in other words, it is full of challenges and potential for personal development.

Secondly, the result of this work, the products, form an essential and basic contribution to food, and with this, to a healthy life. And both, Biodynamic Agriculture and Sociotherapy, have a healing impulse: to heal the earth and to heal the human being. So go hand in hand.

The question is not just how to cultivate to obtain maximum yield, but to do so in a way that is both healthy and healing for nature and for humans. Biodynamics wants to contribute to the creation and formation of a balanced landscape, also in terms of fire prevention.
